Parve, Thelma (1899? – 29 Jan 1976)
Mr. and Mrs. Dan Arola of Owen and Mr. and Mrs. Emil Havelin of Phillips were in
Milwaukee Friday where they attended the funeral of their sister, Mrs. Thelma
(nee Havelin) Parve. Mrs. Parve was a former resident of this community, moving
here with her parents in 1911 from Wakefield, Michigan. She later lived in
Minneapolis, and then in Milwaukee, where she passed away on January 29th, 1976,
at the age of 76 years.
Surviving are her four children, Mrs. Gerald (Lorraine) Philips, Lloyd, LeRoy
and Leland Parve, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild; a sister, Mrs.
Bill (Mabel) Murfin of Idaho and two brothers, Walfred Havelin, Owen and Art
Havelin of Phoenix, Arizona.
Funeral services were held at the Raasch Funeral Home, Milwaukee, with burial in
Valhalla Cemetery, Milwaukee.
