NEILLSVILLE -- The Women of the Moose Monday evening, voted to donate a book to
the local library in memory of Marion Potter, a former member who died recently.
It was noted that Mrs. Potter had joined the Clark County Chapter 705, Women of
the Moose on June 3, 1952, had been very active, and had earned the Academy of
Friendship award.
She was the musician for the Women's chapter and referred to by the chapter as a
"faithful and loyal member."
The Women of the Moose will celebrate 50 years on August 10.
