Fox, Bonnie Carol (12 March 1977)
The United Methodist Church in Granton was the setting for the March 12 wedding
of Bonnie Carol Fox, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence R. Fox of Rt. 2
Neillsville, and Raymond Hans Bober II son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Bober of
Granton. Performing the 3:30 p.m. double ring nuptial service was the Rev.
William A. Noble. Music was accompanied by Shirley Stanley.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride appeared in a family heirloom gown
borrowed from the groom’s sister, Virginia Carlson. Sent from Canada for the
occasion, the floor length gown of satin was accented by imported Spanish lace
on both the dress and the train and complimented by a floor length veil. She
carried a bouquet of white daisies and carnations.
Gowns of powder blue with pink flowers were worn by Mrs. Laura Meddaugh of
Granton, matron of honor, and Miss Sandy Bender of Neillsville, the bridesmaid.
Their bouquets included white daisies and pink carnations.
Robert Rahn of Loyal, bestman, and David Fox of Neillsville, groomsman, wore
powder blue tuxedos.
A reception at the Wildcat Inn west of Neillsville followed the ceremony. A coin
shower and a dance were held at the Silver Dome, with music by Tiny Dux band.
The bride is a 1975 graduate of Neillsville High School. The groom graduated
from Warren T.H.S., Gurnee, Il. in 1968.
