Bensen, Mabel (River Falls Dorm Duty - 1977)

The assistant director of housing at the UW-River Falls has announced the names of students elected to serve as residents assistants for the UW-River Falls 1977-78 housing program, includes that of a Neillsville woman.

Hall officers are elected by the residents of the dormitories each spring while residents assistants are hied by the UW-River Falls housing staff following a series of internship sessions and interviews. A resident assistant is paid by the University to be responsible for approximately 30 dormitory residents, living on his building wing, by programming, counseling and enforcing hall policy.

Mabel Benson, Rt. 3, Neillsville, was elected resident assistant of Johnson Hall.
