Nelson Filter Plant Manager (Marg - 1977)
Named as new plant manager at the Nelson Filter plant in Neillsville is a
Neillsville native and long-time resident, Marvin Marg. Beginning duties on
Monday, Marg will oversee all of the plant’s operations and stated that the
future for filter production “should be real good.” He began as a laborer at the
Nelson plant 18 years ago and worked his way up to an office job there before
moving to the filter plant. Marg and his wife Bonnie, have four children, Kathy,
Eau Claire: Linda, Wisconsin Dells: and Danny and Dave at their Hewett St. home.
