Greeler, Mr. and Mrs. Edward (Golden -1977)

The 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Greeler, Neillsville, was observed Sunday, September 18, with a family dinner at St. John’s Lutheran School. The table was decorated with a two-tier anniversary cake and fall flowers.

The following guests attended: Rev./Mrs. Norman Lindloff; Mr./Mrs. Harold Beilke, Darrell and Rick Beilke, Granton; Mr./Mrs. Ronald Greeler, Rogers, Ark.; Elsie Herdrich and Alvin Luchterhand, Loyal; Mr./Mrs. John Wuethrich, Greenwood; Mr./Mrs. Randy Weiler and Shane, Mrs. Myrtle Greeler and Mr./Mrs. Wm. Luchterhand, Marshfield.

The honored couple farmed for 30 years in the Town of York. In 1957 they built a new home at 316 Hill St. in Neillsville and have resided there since.

The Greeler’s have two children, Mrs. Harold (Betty) Beilke, Granton, and Ronald Greeler, Rogers, Ark. There are six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
