Diers, Mr. and Mrs. Charles (40th - 1977)
A surprise 40th wedding anniversary party was held over the weekend for Mr. and
Mrs. Charles Diers. Those in attendance were Mr. and Mrs. Donald Diers,
Stoughton; Mr. and Mrs. Jay Emling, New Berlin; and Miss Cheri Diers,
Neillsville.
The day included decorations, cake and corsages in their wedding colors gold and
green. Mr. and Mrs. Diers were presented with gifts of gold watches. The
celebration was then continued at a Marshfield restaurant.
