Vincent, Jimmy M. (8 February 1932 – 25 December 1977) With Flag
Passing away after a brief illness, December 25, was Jimmy M. Vincent, 45, Rt. 3
Neillsville, who died at the Neillsville Memorial Hospital. Services were to be
held this Thursday, December 29, at 1:30 p.m., at Immanuel Lutheran Church in
Globe with the Rev. Ralph Stuebs officiating and with burial in the church
cemetery. Visitation was to be held from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, and again
on Thursday morning until 11:30 a.m., at the funeral home, then one hour prior
to services at the church.
Born February 8, 1932, in Neillsville, Vincent received his education in that
community, graduating from Neillsville High School in 1950. He joined the Air
Force and saw action during the Korean Conflict. After service, he worked in
Milwaukee for several years, returning to Neillsville in 1960 where he was
employed by the Clark County Highway department until the time of his death.
Married on May 5, 1956, to Florence Mitte, survivors include his wife, two
daughters, Valerie and Pamela, one sister, Joyce, Vincent, Neillsville: and his
parents, Jim C. and Merrille (Winters) Vincent, Neillsville.
