Boushon, John (12 September 1887 – 8 January 1978)
John Boushon, 90, a resident of The Clark County Health Care Center in Owen,
died Sunday. The body was to have lain in state at 9:00 a.m., Thursday at the
Georgas-Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville, with services at 1:30 p.m., with the
Rev. William Noble officiating, and burial following at the Nasonville Cemetery.
A long-time resident of the Chili area where he worked at various jobs, Boushon
was born September 12, 1887, Wisconsin. His father was Henry Boushon. He married
Ruth Leonhardt, November 21, 1912, at Marshfield. She preceded him in death in
1965.
Boushon is survived by a daughter and son, Mrs. Ed (Ellen) Kerske of Cyprus,
Ca., and Neil Boushon, Greenfield; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Katzenberger,
Marshfield; three brothers, Frank of Chili, and William and Herman of Columbus;
and four grandchildren. Two sisters and five brothers preceded him in death.
