Stitt, Penny S. (Who’s Who - 1978)
The 1977-78 edition of “Who’s Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges”
will carry the names of 43 students from Western Wisconsin Technical Institute,
La Crosse, who have been selected as being among the country’s most outstanding
campus leaders.
In that group was Penny S. Stitt, daughter of Robert Stitt, Rt. 1 Neillsville.
Penny is a graduate of Neillsville High School and a second year student in
commercial art.
