Kuchenbecker, Kent (Order of Omega - 1978)

Kent Kuchenbecker, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Kuchenbecker, was initiated into the Order of Omega, Sunday evening. The organization recognizes fraternity men who have attained a high standard of leadership in inter-fraternity activities, attempts to bring together the most representative fraternity men to create an organization which will help to mild the sentiment of the university institution on questions of local and intercollegiate fraternity affairs, and brings together members of the faculty, alumni and student members of the university’s fraternities on a basis of mutual interest, understanding and helpfulness.

Kuchenbecker is a member of the Phi Sigma Epsilon social fraternity, holding the office of Inter-Fraternity Council Representative. As a member of IFC, he serves as Secretary-Treasurer.

A junior majoring in psychology, Kuchenbecker is publicity chairperson for the Muscular Dystrophy Dance Marathon to be staged at the campus March 10 and 11.
