Bishop, William L. (23 April 1894 – 20 February 1978)
William L. Bishop, Sr., 83, died in the Neillsville Memorial Home, Monday
evening. He was born April 23, 1894, in Great Falls, Mt., to William E. and
Isabelle (McDonald) Bishop. He married Margaret Anglin in Illinois, December 23,
1939. Living most of his life in Illinois and Des Moines, Iowa, Bishop moved to
Loyal last August.
He is survived by his wife; three sons, Dennis of Hammond, Ind.; David of Orland
Park, Ill.; and William, Jr., of Hammond, Ind; and three daughters, Mrs. Rudolph
(Louise) Fekete, Sauk Village, Ill., Mrs. Kenneth (Kay) Jacobs of Loyal and Mrs.
John (Kathy) Martin of Des Moines, Ia.
Cremation was to take place at Lake View Memorial Park in Oshkosh. A memorial
service will be held later. Arrangements were made by the Georgas-Gesche Funeral
Home, Neillsville.
