Lindekugel, Harold
An operation was performed yesterday for the amputation of the leg of Harold
Lindekugel, 15, Loyal, farm boy, who was accidentally shot by a companion,
Gayhart Schoengreundt, near Loyal Sunday.
The Schoengreundt boy was taking a shotgun from a shelf in preparation for a
hunting expedition when the weapon discharged into the youth's leg.
His condition is reported critical at St. Joseph's Hospital here, where he is a
patient.
