Four area students are among the more than 2,200 students who are candidates for
degrees at the University of Wisconsin’s January commencement at Madison, this
year being held in the Wiscosnin Field House on Tuesday afternoon, January 25,
1972 on the campus.
They and the degrees for which they are candidates are: Bachelor of Arts: Sharon
E. Wellman and Bachelor of Science; Mary Lou Haas, Home economics, both of
Colby; Bachelor of Arts: Steven R. Mills, Abbotsford, and Bachelor of Science in
Secondary Education: Christine M. Beck of Withee.
