Schulz, Georgeana A. (14 October 1909 – 13 December 1978)

Georgeana A. Schulz, 69, passed away suddenly at her Town of Hewett home on the evening of December 13. She was born October 14, 1909, in the Town of Hewett to William J. and Augusta (Gahl) Schulz. After receiving her early education in that area, she remained at the Columbia area family home taking care of her mother for many years. She also worked for the former Hauge Greenhouse for many years.

Surviving her is one sister, Mrs. Ole (Minna) Aspen, Neillsville, and a brother, William J. Schulz, also of Neillsville. Preceding her in death was her parents, one brother, Arthur and one sister, Ida.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon from the Neillsville United Church of Christ with burial made in the Neillsville City Cemetery. The Rev. Gary Clark officiated. She was a member of the Neillsville United Church of Christ and that group’s sewing circle. The Georgas-Gesche Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
