Stitt, Penny (Enrolled - 1978)
Enrolled in the two-year commercial art program at Western Wisconsin Technical
Institute, Penny Stitt, daughter of Robert Stitt, Rt. 2 Neillsville, recently
learned that she was one of 20 recipients of a $100 scholarship from the Roy E.
Kumm Memorial Scholarship Foundation. Winners are chosen solely on scholastic
achievement with a grade point average of 3.5 or better.
