A total of 388 students were named on the winter quarter Dean’s List at the
University of Wisconsin, River Falls, which included Gaylen John Nagel, son of
Mrs. Helen E. Nagel 306 Spruce St., Abbotsford.
To earn a place on the honor roll at UW-River Falls, the student must achieve a
grade point average of at least 3.5, or midway between “A” and “B” on a four
point scale. During the winter quarter, 71 of the students earned a grade point
of 4.0, or a straight “A” average.
