Funeral services for Mr. Edmund Thede, 83, Abbotsford, who died April 6, 1972, were held Monday at the United Church of Christ, Colby, with the Rev. K. Dix officiating. Burial was in the Colby Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Thede is survived by his wife, Hattie, and two sons, Vilas of Colby and Leroy, Spencer; one brother, John, of Eugene, Oregon.

Pallbearers were Hans Amacher, Leo Poehnelt, Mike Barnett, Floyd Thorne, Hal Harding and Ray Winkel.

Out of town relatives attending the funeral were from Milwaukee, Sheboygan, New Holstein, Brillion, Green Bay, Medford, Park Falls, Stevens Point, Granton, Loyal, Rice Lake, Kiel and Marshfield.
