Kenyon, Elizabeth C. (13 May 1892 – 22 April 1978)

Mrs. Myron (Elizabeth) Kenyon, 85f, Green Bay, died Saturday in Green Bay. She was formerly of Greenwood. The former Elizabeth C. Schmidt was born May 13, 1892, in Germany. She was married to Myron Kenyon on June 16, 1915, in Owen, after marriage, they lived in Greenwood, except for a short time at Withee, Marshfield and Spokane, Wash.

She was past Matron of the Order of Eastern Star, a member of Grace United Methodist Church and local chairwomen in Greenwood for the Easter Seals Campaign.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Harvey (Betty) Humke of Green Bay; one son, Lloyd, New Port , Richey, Fla, and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, and two sisters, mrs. Margaret Church and Miss Gertrude Schmidt.

A memorial service was held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, at the Grace United Methodist Church in Greenwood. The Rev. Lourinda Sanford officiated. Burial was made in Forest Cemetery in Stevens Point.
