Luber, Keith Lynn (23 December 1949 – 24 June 2021)

Keith L. Luber, 71, of Loyal, passed away at the Marshfield Medical Center, in Marshfield, on Thursday, June 24, 2021. Per Keith's request, no services will be held.

Keith Lynn Luber was born on December 23, 1949, in Marshfield, the son of Allen L. and Mavis I. (Otto) Luber. He was raised and lived on the family farm in the Town of Beaver. Keith was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Loyal. He received his education at Maple Center School, Loyal Public Schools, graduating from Loyal High School in 1968. After high school, Keith was employed at Dickman’s Mobile Homes, Neillsville Rendering, and Barr Animal Foods.

He had many interests, but especially enjoyed bowling, golfing, deer hunting, and being in the woods on the farm cutting trees for firewood. Keith was an avid sports fan and cheered on the Packers, Brewers, Bucks and Badgers. He spent many hours on his ATV and was usually accompanied on his ATV by the family dog, Boomer.

He will be dearly missed by his siblings: Barbara (Everett) Sherman of Viola, AR, Carol (Harvey) Baumbach of Osseo, and Jeff Luber of Loyal; one niece: Valerie (Jeff) Seltun of Bayport, MN, and one nephew: Daniel Baumbach (Sarah Ohr) of Eau Claire; one step great-niece: Faith Seltun of Erie, PA; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: George & Mathilda Otto and August & Clara Luber, and his parents.
