Hardrath, Michael D. (27 November 1955 – 27 June 2021)

Michael D. Hardrath, age 65, of Abbotsford, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021, at the Abbotsford Health Care Center under the tender care of hospice.

Michael was born on November 27, 1955, in Marshfield, the son of Carl and Luella (Leu) Hardrath, Sr. He graduated from Colby High School in 1974. Michael worked at Scidmore Fur Farms in Stratford and for Christensen Farms in Abbotsford. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching movies, collecting coins and bird watching. Michael also was an NRA and honorary VFW member.

Michael is survived by his mother, Luella “Audrey” Hardrath of Colby, four siblings: Leonora (Harvey) Brzezinski of Abbotsford, Carl (Linda) Jr. of Dorchester, Annette (Darrell) Voss of Unity and Albert (Diane) of Colby; seven nieces and nephews: Ashley, Miranda, Jennifer, John, Kelly, Erin and Crystal; several great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and a nephew, Jason and a great-niece, Cierra.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at Christ Lutheran Cemetery, Town of Holton.
