Marg, Mr. and Mrs. Duane (Silver – 18 April 1978)
A surprise 25th wedding anniversary was held at the Bali Hai Supper Club,
Saturday evening, for Mr. and Mrs. Duane (Jim) Marg. They were married at the
Pine Valley Lutheran Church, April 18, 1953, with a reception at the bride’s
home and dance at the village hall and dance at the village hall. Their children
include Ruth and Roger Rizner, Brooklyn Park, Minn., and Philip and Sue Herreid,
Madison. Children still at home are Dave, Danny, Sheri and Missy. Besides
relatives and friends from the area, celebrants also came from Turtle Lake and
College.
