Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Staab, Dorchester, announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Ann, to Gary Will, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Will of Route 2, Colby.

Miss Staab is a 1971 graduate of Colby High School and is attending North Central Technical Institute at Wausau, where she is majoring in accounting. She is employed in Wausau. Her fiancé is engaged in farming in rural Colby.

Wedding plans are indefinite.
