John Weber, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph M. Weber of Dorchester, was graduated
with honors from UW-Milwaukee on Sunday. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Fine
Arts. He majored in music at the school.
Those from this area who attended the commencement exercise at Milwaukee
included Mr. and Mrs. Weber and daughter Virginia of Wausau; Mrs. Sophie Dessl,
and Mr. and Mrs. Anselm Schmid and family. Mr. and Mrs. James Schiferl of
Abbotsford also attended.
