Wagner, Joanne Alice (Engagement - 1978)
Recently announcing the engagement of their daughter, Joanne Alice to Vladimir
Sarafanov, were Mr. and Mrs. Frederick L. Wagner, Sr., Neillsville. The groom is
the son of Mrs. Dimitri Sarafanov of Minneapolis. Joanne is a 1971 graduate of
Neillsville High School and has been employed by the Neillsville Foundry.
Vladimir is a 1965 graduate of North High School, Minneapolis, and is employed
at the city desk of Air Power Equipment Corp., St. Paul. An October 14 wedding
is planned.
