Eisentraut, Dixie Lee (10 June 1978)
With the Rev. Ronald Nordin officiating, Dennis Oldham and Dixie Lee Eisentraut
were joined in marriage in 3:00 p.m. services, Saturday, June 10, at Calvary
Lutheran Church, Neillsville. Dixie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arnie
Eisentraut, Rt. 1 Neillsville, and Dennis is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter
Oldham, 1015 Grand Ave., Neillsville.
The bride, attired in a white, A-line dress with Chantilly lace, waist length
veil with matching lace, was given away by her father prior to Brad Zimmerman
and Barb Richmond offering vocal duets.
Attending as maid of honor was Mrs. Debbie Cernik, who was joined by Pam
Vincent, Shari Oldham and Jeanne Eisentraut, all from Neillsville. The
bridesmaids wore yellow print dresses with sheer capes.
All the women in the party caried flowers with the bride’s a combination of
white daisies with yellow roses, baby’s breath and white satin and lace
streamers. The bridesmaids carried yellow and white daisies, baby’s breath and
yellow streamers.
Attending the groom as bestman was Jerry Cernik, who was joined by Jim
Erpenbach, Dan Kessler and Doug Oldham, all of Neillsville. Serving as ushers
were LeRoy Krejci, Schofield, and Rick Lavene, Neillsville. The groom and
Groomsmen wore cream-colored tuxedos with the father of the bride attired in a
black tuxedo.
After the wedding, the couple and guests were hosted at a dinner reception at
the American Legion Hall with a dance following at the Silver Dome Ballroom.
The bride and groom are January 1977 graduates from Neillsville High School.
Dixie attended the City College of Cosmetology, Eau Claire and is presently a
cosmetologist in Neillsville, Dennis is a factory worker. The couple will reside
on Rt. 1 Neillsville after a honeymoon to the Bahamas.
