Outstanding graduates in 21 North Central Technical Institute major programs were honored at the school’s 21st annual commencement ceremony in Wausau on June 1, 1972.

Criteria used by a faculty committee in selecting the outstanding graduates were scholarship, attendance, Leadership, dependability, service to the school, and promise of future career success.

Among those honored was Constance Firnstahl, Home Economics Assistant program, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emanuel Firnstahl, Colby, Route 1.

Associate degree or vocational diplomas were awarded to 330 graduates, including Robert B. Will, John P. Resech, Regina K. Miller, and Diane K. Staffeil, all of Colby; and Carrol A. Blair, Vicki J. Langteau and Arlyne M. Schmidt, all of Abbotsford.
