Urban, Dawn Marie (17 May 1978)
The Rev. Norman Lindloff performed the 3:00 p.m., May 17, wedding ceremony for
Dawn Marie Urban and Ronald B. Huebner at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran
Church, Neillsville. The bride is the daugher of Mr. and Mrs. Charles (Bob)
Urban, 401 Sunset Place, Neillsville, and the groom is the son of Mrs. Eleanor
Huebner, Rt. 1 Willard.
The bride wore an empire wedding gown of chiffon with a chapel train and a
floor-length veil and carried a bouquet of yellow roses, white daisy
chrysanthemums and baby’s breath. She was attended by Mrs. Gayle Urban,
Neillsville, as maid of honor who was joined by Mrs. Connie Urban, also of
Neillsville, Kris Edlin of Boyceville and Mrs. Barb Rasch of Tomah. They were
attired in floral print frocks of blue, pink, apricot, ivory and yellow, and
carried parasols entwined with sprigs of ivy and coordinating ribbon. Kristy
Carl was flower girl.
Attending the groom as best man was Tyler Urban and was joined by Wade (Chuck)
Urban, Gary
Foster and Randy Hediger, all of Neillsville, and Dale Drinsinger, Granton.
Terry Marty and Jerry Cernik, both of Neillsville, served as ushers.
After a reception and dance at the Neillsville Country Club, the couple took a
trip to the Apostle Islands. The couple now resides in Spooner.
She is a 1976 graduate of Neillsville High School and a 1978 graduate of UW-Eau
Claire. The groom also graduated from Neillsville High School in 1976 and
graduated from District I Technical Institute in Eau Claire this year. He is a
lineman for the Barron Electric Cooperative in Spooner.
