Karpinske, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin (35th – 24 November 1978)

Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Karpinske, Rt. 1 Owen, recently celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary in a September 3 celebration at the Loyal Legion Hall, followed by a dance.

Edwin and Vera Esterling were married in Seattle, Wash., on November 24, 1953. From that marriage, two children were born. Verlyn teaches and coaches at Kimberly and Evonne is employed as a super visor in the Eau Claire County’s District Attorney’s office. The celebrants also have one grandchild, Jeremy.

Attending the event were Mr./Mrs. Jack Reeves, Round Lake, Ill.; Mr./Mrs. Ray Karpinske, Seattle, Wash.; Mr./Mrs. Jack Blair and Forest Taylor, of Medford; Mr./Mrs. Don Taylor, Las Vegas, Nev.; Mr./Mrs. Verlan Karpinske and Jeremy, Eau Claire; Mr./Mrs. Roger Wagner & Family, Stanley; and Mr./Mrs. Arnold Bare, Aitken, Minn. Other guests came from Thorp, Owen, Spencer, Withee, Unity, Loyal, Greenwood, Colby, Stratford, Granton and Abbotsford.
