Michlig, Mr./Mrs. Lavern (Silver – Aug 1972)
About 150 persons came to help Mr. and Mrs. Lavern Michlig celebrate their 25th
wedding anniversary at Dorchester Memorial Hall Saturday night. Mrs. Michlig is
the former Beatrice Manning. The couple was married in Missouri on August 16,
1947.
They have lived in Dorchester since 1952. He is employed at the Dorchester
Furniture Factory, and also part time at the Dorchester Post Office. The couple
has five children, Lawrence, Appleton; Jerold, Colby; Richard, Keith and Connie
at home. They also have three grandchildren.
