Harder, Viola E. (30 Apr 1905 – 16 Aug 1972)

Funeral services were held Saturday for Mrs. Paul Harder, Abbotsford, who died August 16, 1972 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield at age 67. Vicar Leland Magle, Medford, conducted the services, held at the Zion Lutheran Church in Stetsonville. Burial was in the parish cemetery.

The former Viola Evelyn Johnson was born April 30, 1905 in the Town of Holton (Marathon Co.) and married Paul Harder November 4, 1933 at Stetsonville.

Besides her husband, survivors include two sons, Gene Ridderbusch, Abbotsford; Danal Harder, Ericksburg, Minn.; two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Shirley) Felton, Marshfield; Mrs. Roland (Joyce) Pitzke, Stetsonville; twenty one grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

One daughter preceded her in death. Pallbearers were six grandsons.
