Spencer, James D. (Service Notes - 1978)
James D. Spencer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Marion R. Spencer, Rt. 1 Neillsville, was
recently promoted to Army staff sergeant while serving as a morale support
activity branch specialist with the U.S. Army Support Activity in Okinawa.
Spencer entered the Army in February 1975, after receiving an associated degree
from the Mid-State University in Marshfield. Spencer and his wife, Terisata,
currently live in Korea.
