Sossaman, Mr./Mrs. Floyd “Red” (Silver – 13 Dec 1972)
The 25th Wedding Anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd “Red” Sossaman was celebrated
with a dance and open house at the Unity Hall on December 9, 1972.
A family supper was held at the Redwood Club prior to the dance.
On December 13, 1947, Floyd C. Sossaman, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Sossaman, and
Marcie Schultz, daughter of Mrs. Arma Schultz, all of Colby, were united in
marriage at the St. Mary’s Parsonage in Colby. Attendants were Joy (Sossaman)
Kesteloot and Jerome “Gramps” Schultz.
The couple has lived in the Milwaukee area since their marriage.
They have five children, all living in Milwaukee. They are Terry, Candace,
Russell, Gail and Tom.
They also have two granddaughters.
