Hanson, Jess (27 March 1895 – 23 March 1979)
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon from the Gesche Funeral Home in
Neillsville for Jess Hanson, 83, a resident of the Neillsville Memorial Home at
the time of his death. Hanson was born on March 27, 1895, in Idaho. He was in
action in World War I. Apparently, he left no relatives.
Hanson, a former resident of the Humbird area and Bryan’s Old Folks’ Home in
Neillsville, died on Friday, March 23.
The Rev. William Noble of the Neillsville United Methodist Church officiated at
the services with burial made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.
