UW-Eau Claire (Honors – 1979)

More than 1,500 students, including those from Granton and Neillsville, have been named to the honors list for the spring semester at UW-Eau Claire. To make the list, the students had to receive at least a 3.5 grade-point average of a 4.0 scale.

Granton students included Donna Anderson, Rt. 1, a sophomore; Nancy Spiegel, Rt. 2, a sophomore, Kay Bartsch, Rt. 1, a junior; and Sandra Naedler, Rt. 1, a senior.

From Neillsville were Cheri Diers of Rt. 2, Nita Heimstad of 113 West Division St., Renee Kaczor of Rt.1, Robert Ollech of 824 E. Second St., Carolyn Pischer of 403 Clay St., Robert Ratsch of Rt. 5 and Robert VandeBerg of Rt. 2, all freshmen; Nancy Van Gorden, 100 Grand Ave., a sophomore; James Schield, 39 Huron St., a junior; and Steve Van Dam, 225 Ayers St., s senior.
