Crockett, S/Sgt Eugene E. (Military Notes - 1968)

S/Sgt Eugene E. Crockett, son of Mr. and Mrs. Allen B. Crockett of Rt. 1 Neillsville, is a member of the 3rd Air Division that has earned the Air Force outstanding unit award.

Sergeant Crockett, a computer maintenance technician assigned at Andersen AFB, Guam, will wear the distinctive service ribbon to mark his affiliation with the organization.

The division was cited for exceptionally meritorious service while engaged in military operations against the enemy in Southeast Asia from March, 1966, to March, 1968.

The sergeant is a graduate of Neillsville High School.
