Smith, First Lt. Mark (Service Notes - 1979)
Recently participating in a strategic Air Command missile combat competition at
Vandenberg AFB, California, was First Lt. Mark Smith, whose wife, Kathy, is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vern Gardner, Rt. 1 Greenwood. Lt. Smith, a native of
Clintonville, has a degree from UJW-Superior and a masters from the University
of Southern California. His SAC group was rated best in Minuteman missile tests.
