Bruce Wickman, Loan Officer, PCA of Neillsville, was among farm loan officers from Minnesota, Michigan, North Dakota and Wisconsin to attend a 5 day credit skills development workshop at St. Paul, Minnesota, May 7 – 11, 1973.

Mr. Wickman is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, River Falls, and works at the PCA’s branch office at Thorp, assisting Branch Manager Gary Weirauch.
