Terry Biddle was named city polis officer by the Thorp City Council Tuesday evening after an interview of four persons from the original 12 applicants.

The four interviewed Tuesday were Wayne Seeger, Sturtevant; Stewart Zimmerman, Neillsville; Robert Bodamer, Thorp, and Terry Biddle, also of Thorp.

Officer Biddle will receive $400 a month for the first 6 months’ probation; then increased to $440 for the next 6 months, and thereafter $500 per month.
