Three students from Thorp and nearby area were among the nearly 250 who received
diplomas or certificates at Mid-State Technical Institutes campuses in
Marshfield, Stevens Point, and Wisconsin Rapids.
There were:
- Marshfield Campus – Medical Assistant, Elaine M. Rohland, Route 1, Withee;
- Wisconsin Rapids Campus – Child Care Assistant – Sally m. Clark, Owen and
Barbara J. Brunett, Thorp
