Miss Angie Teclaw, Senior Credit Correspondent for Union Carbide Corporation, Chicago, was recently elected President of Credit Women of Chicago.

Joining CWC in 1966, Angie has also served as Membership Chairman, Recording Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President. She carried an Associate Membership in CMCMA and has served on the Commercial Claims Committee.

As spokeswoman of the year for CWC, Angie said the objectives of the group were to promote and advance the interests of women credit executives and assistants, to foster credit management as a career for women and to encourage education of women in credit work.

Angie has 21 years of experience in credit, the last 10 with Union Carbide’s Midwest Region Credit Department.

Angie is the daughter of Mrs. Verna Teclaw, Thorp.
