City Clerk Russell Mead reported this week that the Thorp City Council has named
Robert Bodamer new chief of the Thorp Volunteer Fire Department.
The fire department itself recommended three department members for fire chief –
Rober Bodamer, Ray Woods and Gene Zoromski.
Clerk Mead explained in turn, upon these recommendations, Mayor Frank Wadzinski
and members of the city council made the selection of the new fire chief.
