Bartosiewicz, Ralph & Anna (Gold – 4 Jul 1973)
Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Bartosewicz, Thorp, celebrated their Golden Wedding
Anniversary June 30, 1973. Ralph Bartosewicz and Anna Nowatka were married July
4, 1923 at St. Hedwig’s Church, South Bend, Indiana.
A reception for sixty-five relatives and friends was held at their home, hosted
by their four daughters: Mrs. Ed (Marge) Maier of Thorp, Mrs. Stanley (Florence)
Cukla of St. Paul, Minnesota, Mrs. Harry (Lucille) Lew of Gilman, Wisconsin, and
Mrs. Pete (Adeline) Sorlie of Grand Marais, Minnesota.
The couple has twenty-four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Most of
them were present for the special event.
