Knoff, Audrey (13 October 1934 – 1 August 1979)

Mrs. Arden Knoff, 44, Greenwood, died Wednesday, August 1, in her home as a result of a heart condition.

Mrs. Knoff, the former Audrey Olson, was born October 13, 1934, to Mr. and Mrs. Palmer Olson, Elk Mound. She was married to Arden Knoff on September 24, 1961, in New Berlin. After her marriage, she worked as a manager in the bakery of a New Berlin grocery store. In 1967, she and her husband came to Greenwood area, where they owned and operated the Double A Tavern in the Town of Eaton.

Survivors are her husband, five children, Keith, Scott, Sandra and Caryn, all at home, and Cathy of Marshfield, and her parents Mr. and Mrs. Palmer Olson, Colfax. Her nine brothers and sisters are Eugene of Elk Lake, Norman and Roy both of Elk Mound, Wally of Florida, Gerold of California, Mrs. Carmen Ingram of Durand, Mrs. Mavis Peterson of Bloomington, Mn., Mrs. Warren (Elaine) Mahuke of Superior and Mrs. Robert (Algie) Zubel of Colfax.

Funeral services were held Saturday, August 4, at the Rinka Funeral Home in Greenwood. The Rev. Douglas Groenwold, pastor of the Trinity Lutheran Church, officiated. Mrs. Gary Schultz was the organist. Burial was in the Greenwood Cemetery.
