Mr. Donald W. Seaholm, President of the Peoples Exchange Bank, Thorp, has completed his second and final year of study at the Midwest Banking Institute when he received his certification of graduation at the graduation luncheon held Friday, July 27, 1973.

Mr. Seaholm is among the `90 bankers from Minnesota, Dakota and Wisconsin that attended the seventh session of the institute held July 22 – 27 on the Morris Campus of the University of Minnesota.
