Clintsman, Diane Marie (6 October 1979)
Grace United Methodist Church, Greenwood, was the October 6 early evening
candlelight wedding site for Diane Marie Clintsman and James Phillip Zimmerman.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Clintsman, 314 W. Begley St., Greenwood, are parents of the
bride while Mr. and Mrs. Harold Zimmerman, Rice Lake, are the groom’s parents.
With the Rev. Donald Adams officiating and the father of the bride presenting
her to the altar, music was offered by Mrs. Gary Schultz, Duane Becker and Mrs.
David Rakestraw.
The bride, carrying a bouquet of yellow roses, white forget-me-nots and orange
fall flowers, was attired in a satin A-line gown complete with lace and bead
trim, train and finger-tip veil.
Serving as maid of honor was Nancy Clintsman, Greenwood, who was attired in an
orange floral formal and carried fall-colored flowers. Scott Buergi, Rice Lake,
was bestman.
A dinner reception in the church parlors followed the service.
The bride, a 1978 graduate of Greenwood High School, is attending Indianhead
Technical Institute, Rice Lake, and is taking courses in accounting. The groom,
a 1977 graduate of Rice Lake High School is a student at UW-Eau Claire. The
couple will make their home in Eau Claire.
