Schlough, Leslie (? - 7 November 1979) With Flag
Leslie Schlough, 65, of Rt. 1 Humbird, passed away Wednesday, November 7, in
Black River Memorial Hospital.
Schlough was born in Mazomanie and married Anita Workman on June 8, 1948. The
couple lived in that community until 1964 when they moved to Madison. Schlough
was a cement finisher until 1976 when he retired and moved to rural Humbird. He
was a veteran of World War II.
Surviving him besides his wife are two daughters, Dixie Shaw and Leslie Ann
Liddell, both of Madison, three sons John, and Gilbert, both of Madison and Gary
of Humbird, his father, John, Verona, a brother, Clifford, Mazomanie, a sister,
Margaret Richter, Sauk City, and 9 grandchildren.
Services were held in Black Earth, Saturday, November 10, with burial in a
Mazomanie cemetery. The Ellstead-Gerber Funeral Home was in charge of
arrangements.
