Strangfeld, Albert Allen (30 March 1945 – 9 October 2021) With Flag
Albert Strangfeld, 76, of Neillsville died Saturday October 9, 2021, at his
residence.
Albert Allen Strangfeld was born March 30, 1945, at home in Neillsville, the son
of William and Josephine (Morse) Strangfeld. He attended Neillsville High School
and then moved to Kenosha in 1963. He worked at a car wash when he first moved
to Kenosha and then for J.I. Case Corporation in Racine. In January of 1966, he
entered into the United States Marine Corps. He served until his honorable
discharge in 1967. Later, Albert went to work for Johnson Motors in Waukegan,
IL. He worked there for many years until they closed their doors in early 2000s.
In 2004, Albert moved back to Neillsville.
Albert was very artistic, and he enjoyed making crafts out of just about
anything. His home was filled with is artistic talents. He was an avid Green Bay
Packer fan, and he loved animals. He especially enjoyed watching the birds and
deer outside his window.
He is survived by a sister, Bonnie (Donnie) Elmhorst of Neillsville; a
sister-in-law, Patricia Strangfeld of Neillsville; and many cousins. He was
preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Donald Strangfeld; and a nephew,
Gary Elmhorst.
Private family services will be held. Interment will be in the North Pine Valley
Cemetery.
