Robert E. Elkins, Editor of the Thorp Courier, was honored by the journalism
profession on being accepted by the National Board of Directors into the
Fraternity of Sigma Delta Chi.
Sigma Delta Chi is the oldest, largest and most select organization serving
journalism. Its membership extends from student to renowned reporters and news
executives.
The Milwaukee Chapter will hold an initiation ceremony for Member Elkins in the
near future.
