Gerald Glasshof, Clark County Dairyman, received Northern States Power Company’s
Premier Dairyman Award in a ceremony at the Annual Dairy Awards meeting held
Thursday evening, October 26, 1973at the Clark County Building in Greenwood.
Robert Cattanach, NSP Neillsville District Superintendent, made the
presentation.
The selection of Gerald Glasshof for the award was based on official Dairy Herd
Improvement Association (DHIA) records for the last three years.
Glasshof’s record average annual production of 17,636 pounds of butterfat were
the highest achieved in the Clark County DHIA program for this period, according
to Arvid D. Dapp, County Agricultural Agent.
